What the lab does.

R&D for partners
Research for a team before they commit to a build.
Anthony explores a hard question for a team before they spend on a build: what is possible with the data and constraints they actually have, what it would cost, and what to try first. The result is a plain answer and a first thing to try, not a deck.
This is the right track for a half-formed idea. It is short, it is scoped to one question, and it ends with a recommendation the team can act on or walk away from.

Partner systems
Confidential builds for teams whose data is sensitive, whose connection cannot be trusted, who cannot depend on the cloud, and whose users are real.
These are the builds that have to work. The data cannot leave. The connection drops. In some places there is no cloud to fall back on, and the people using the system are doing real work with it. This work is in production, and it is confidential.
Confidential means confidential. No client names, no screenshots, no case studies, no quotes. This page says so plainly and shows nothing else.

Prototyping
Focused MVPs that turn one hard question into something users can try.
A prototype here is a small working product, not a mockup. It does one job end to end so that real people can use it and the team can find out whether the idea holds before anyone commits to a full build.
The status is in progress because prototypes are meant to change. What works becomes the first version of the product. What does not is dropped early, while it is still cheap to drop.

Automations
Internal agents and operating tools that take repetitive work off a team while keeping every decision on the record.
Agents take the repetitive steps: the intake, the checks, the handoffs, the reports. Every step they take stays visible afterwards, so it is always possible to see what was done and why, and judgment stays with the people who own the outcome.
The lab runs on the same tooling it builds for others, which is why the track is marked experimental: the tools are used in earnest and changed often. What survives becomes the way the work gets done.
