- RNDA 001
- Production AI systems
- Operator: Anthony Denkinger
- 01 Find the real constraint
- 02 Build the smallest system that works
- 03 Stay until it is deployed
Works in the demo. Works at 3 a.m.
Renoda Labs is Anthony Denkinger, one person who builds AI products, gets existing ones ready for real use, and leads technical work for founders, clinic directors, operators, and product teams. You do not need a spec. A sentence about what has to work is enough.
PRG 01Work04 tracks01 / 05
What the lab does.
Four tracks: research before a build, confidential partner systems, prototypes, and automations that take repetitive work off a team.
-
TRK AResearchExperimental
R&D for partners
Anthony explores a hard question for a team before they commit to a build: what is possible, what it would cost, and what to try first.
-
TRK BClientDeployed
Partner systems
Confidential builds for teams with sensitive data, unreliable connections, no cloud, and real users. Running in production. No names, no screenshots.
-
TRK CVenturesIn progress
Prototyping
Focused MVPs that turn one hard question into something users can try, small enough to learn from and change.
-
TRK DOperationsExperimental
Automations
Internal agents and operating tools that take repetitive work off a team while keeping every decision on the record.

What ships.
Six of the things Anthony is good at, each with the evidence behind it.
-
CAP 01
Offline and on-device AI
AI that keeps working where the data cannot leave the building and there may be no connection at all. SAID, an interpreter for medical, legal, government, and field settings, runs on the device in 110+ languages with no connection needed.
-
CAP 02
Computer vision and decision tools
Cameras and footage turned into answers people can act on. ZoneX takes raw basketball and volleyball game film and turns it into performance intelligence; its engine is covered by 800+ automated tests.
-
CAP 03
Browser extensions and new products from zero
A first product taken from a blank page to something real people use, including tools that live inside the browser. EnVision, a Chrome extension that flags pricing leaks in healthcare purchasing and reviews the contract behind them, went from a blank page to production with one person building it.
-
CAP 04
Production hardening and security
An existing system made safe to rely on: it keeps working, the right people see the right things, and a release is checked before it ships. The lab's own quality-control system makes AI-written software prove it is finished, security and release checks included.
-
CAP 05
Product and technical leadership
Someone senior who owns product direction and technical decisions and stays accountable for what ships. Anthony led product and operations for GoldRock Holdings' AI portfolio, four products with P&L, and before that led Air Force logistics for 100+ people and $40M+ in assets.
-
CAP 06
Web3 development
Products that connect digital and physical experiences through a blockchain. Anthony led LOOT8, a Web3 product merging digital and physical experiences through blockchain, as its CEO in 2024.
PRG 03Engagement04 formats03 / 05
Four ways in.
A full build, a short fix-it sprint, a part-time lead, or a second opinion.
-
ENG 01Scoped delivery
AI system build
A defined product or system, taken from a plain description of what has to work through to tested software running where it needs to run.
-
ENG 02Focused sprint
Production hardening sprint
A short, focused pass over an existing system: whether it will keep working, who can see what, how well it is tested, and whether it is ready to release. Problems get fixed, not just listed.
-
ENG 03Embedded
Fractional product and technical lead
Anthony joins the team part of the time and owns product direction, technical decisions, the roadmap, and delivery, without adding a layer of management.
-
ENG 04Advisory
Architecture and system review
A direct, plain-language read of an AI product, a data system, a build plan, or a delivery that has gone wrong, with a clear view of what to do next.

Anthony Denkinger, MBA
Founder, Renoda Labs
The demo is the easy part. Turning it into a product people can rely on is the work, and that gap is why the lab exists.
Anthony went to the Air Force Academy, spent 2017 to 2023 as a logistics officer, took an MBA, and then moved into product. He led product and operations for GoldRock Holdings' AI portfolio: as Head of Product and COO he built SAID, an offline AI interpreter, and ZoneX, computer-vision analytics for basketball and volleyball, and ran a four-product portfolio with P&L. Renoda Labs is his independent practice, where he works directly with teams that need senior product judgment and hands-on technical execution from one person, and he is open to more of it.
He is not a classically trained engineer. He builds with AI agents doing much of the implementation and writes about how that goes in public. It also means he is used to explaining technical work in plain terms, because he had to learn it that way himself.
Built to deploy.

Send the hard version.
A rough idea is enough. Send what has to work and what is in the way, in a sentence if that is all you have. The reply comes from Anthony, and it is direct.
