I'm Anthony. Getting an AI demo to work is rarely the hard part. Turning it into something people can rely on is, and that gap is why the lab exists.

My path into this work was not the usual one. I went to the Air Force Academy, then spent 2017 to 2023 as a logistics officer, including an overseas deployment, leading logistics for 100+ people and $40M+ in mission-critical assets across medical, humanitarian, and contingency operations. That job taught me that the plan is not the point; what happens when the plan meets the ground is. I took an MBA at Illinois in 2022 and moved into product.

From 2023 I was at GoldRock Holdings, a publicly traded AI company, first as Senior Product Manager and then as Head of Product and COO, leading product and operations for its AI portfolio. There I built SAID, an interpreter for medical, legal, government, and field settings that runs entirely on the device in 110+ languages, and ZoneX, which turns raw basketball and volleyball game film into performance intelligence on an engine covered by 800+ automated tests, and I ran a four-product portfolio with P&L. Systems I have shipped run across five clinical sites, with 4,000+ people using them a day at peak, including live emergency use.

Renoda Labs is my independent practice, and I am open to more of it. It is where I build my own things and work directly with teams that need one person who can do both the product thinking and the build. My own things so far: EnVision, which flags pricing leaks in healthcare purchasing before the money goes out and went from a blank page to production with just me, and the lab's own quality-control system, which makes AI-written software prove it is finished. I am not a classically trained engineer. I build with AI agents doing much of the implementation, I write about it in public, and I have had to learn to explain technical decisions in plain terms, which turns out to be useful to the people I work with.
